As-built Surveys

As-built surveys verify what was built, proving the construction work completed reflects the intent of the engineers and/or architect’s plans.

Original ground (survey of area prior to any construction): This is an extremely important step for any volumetric calculations.

Ongoing Intermediate As-builts: Aas-built surveys at key milestones in the project, e.g., maximum excavation depths, footing checks, etc.

Final As-built: Final survey once all construction and grading has been completed.
